Season's greetings from the North Pole Logistics Customs Brokerage team!
I'm writing to you regarding your shipment which is currently being held at the London Import Facility. As your designated customs broker here at NPL headquarters, I've been working remotely with the HMRC team in London on your behalf to secure the release of your package.
The good news is that the Customs Information Release Code you provided has been verified and accepted by HMRC. However, I've encountered an issue with the customs documentation that I need your help to resolve before I can arrange release of the shipment.

The Issue:
When I reviewed the paperwork with the HMRC customs team, we discovered that the Receiving Elf ID on the documentation (ID: ELF-123871982731982) is registered to a Shelf Elf. Unfortunately, HMRC regulations require that all shipments from the North Pole must be received by a certified North Pole Receiving Elf - Shelf Elves don't have the customs clearance certification needed.

HMRC Regulation Notice: All shipments originating from the North Pole must designate a certified North Pole Receiving Elf on customs documentation. The following elf classifications are NOT authorised for customs receipt: Workshop Elves, Toy Assembly Elves, Wrapping Elves, Stable Elves, Cookie Quality Control Elves, List-Checking Elves, and Shelf Elves. Only designated North Pole Receiving Elves hold the required customs clearance certification.
What I Need From You:
To get your shipment released, please provide us with a valid North Pole Receiving Elf ID number. Once we have this, we can update the customs documentation and work with the HMRC team here at the London facility to arrange immediate release of your blood sample.
